I sell items in Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth and Jamestown, RI.

My expertise is in large items such as appliances, electronics, furniture, sporting goods, antiques and other large outdoor items including patio furniture and tools.  I don't sell clothing or small items (anything with a sales value under $50.)

I help to arrange pick-up time and location. Most often the buyer comes to your home for pick-up however in situations where the client is not comfortable I help to coordinate a public pick-up where you meet the buyer with your item.  

I photograph and measure your items, then post items on several online platforms. I monitor buyer interest and negotiate sales price. I update listings and repost when needed and schedule pick-up time and location between you and the buyer.  

For each item I research market trends and heavily consider pricing input from you as the client. Because I usually do not offer shipping for online items, prices are taken into account locally. All offers, regardless of the price, will be presented to you. You can reject or accept any offers provided. If the item hasn't sold within a week we discuss price again, most likely resulting in a price reduction. I tend to keep items up for as long as the client is willing and slowly reduce until it is sold. 

Given the seasonality of Aquidneck Island and my schedule as a student, I actively sell items from May to August and during school break in December.  

My prices are as follows*:

• Sale price under $1000 - 40%
• Sale price $1001-$5000 - 30%
• Sale price $5001 - $10,000 - 20%
• Sale price $10,001 and up - 15%

*The percentage indicates my portion of final sale price.

I do my best to sell every item. Unfortunately, some items don't sell for various reasons.  There is NO CHARGE if your item doesn't sell.
